About Go Girl Sport
Go Girl Sport was founded by women athletes that understand what features are needed in athletic clothing for women. Mercedes and Stephanie both participated in sports when they were growing up. As adults, they both have active lifestyles that involve activities such as running, hiking, and cycling. Their passion for athletics brought them to the idea of providing women with specially designed clothing for a wide variety of activities.
Go Girl Sport Vortex V-neck Top Review

For the purpose of a review, Go Girl Sport allowed me to try the Vortex V-neck top.
I’m a size 4, but I requested a Medium top. It’s actually a little large for me, but it still fits nicely for exercising. I requested a medium because I wanted to make sure that I didn’t have a top that fit too tightly in my chest or in any areas that could potentially cause chafing. I like that the base of the top is slightly scalloped and comes in a little tighter in the middle. It fits comfortably on my shoulders and arms, providing the flexibility I need for exercising. Even though the shirt has a V-neck, the material stays in place rather close to my body when doing an exercise such as pushups.
The design is intended to fit snugly without causing certain areas to be too tight, so I really could have gone with a Small with no problem!

The purple part of the shirt is a slightly see-through mesh and is highlighted with hot pink stitching. It actually wraps around on both sides, providing ventilation. The material is breathable and lightweight, making it comfortable even when you get really hot. The back of the shirt features the Go Girl Sport logo. I prefer that the logo has an artistic design and the colors coordinate with the rest of the shirt.
Go Girl Sport is providing one reader of Our Virginia Home the chance to win a $20 off coupon good on a purchase of $25 or more. The giveaway will start on June 17th and end on July 9th. To enter, use the Rafflecopter form below.
I received the items mentioned above for the purpose of a product review. However, only my honest opinions were expressed.
my boyfriend and I go for a walk. On the boardwalk 2x day
I try and get the family to go on hikes. When there is nice scenery, it’s not work!
I take my kids to a park close by that has a bunch of huge trees…. we have mini races all through the park from tree to tree. They have fun and I get some great cardio. (plus with trees it’s shaded and we aren’t running in the sun) =)
Swimming…it is fun and the kids don’t think of it as exercise.

The easiest way for me is to just to go on walks or go the nearby playground since they can be entertained for hours
The scale/my weight motivates me to exercise.
our family walk around the neighborhood after dinner to speed up digestion (partly for digestion and the other part to burn calories) …by the way, dinner is at 6:30 pm – Paul Tran ….. emscout9 at Hotmail dot com
