Swagbucks and How to Get Free Stuff for Searching Online

Swagbucks.com is one of the most popular sites for paying members to search online. Instead of using Google, you can use the Swagbucks.com website or toolbar to complete your search queries. For the most part, the search results are the same as what you would get in Google anyway. Randomly, you will receive Swag Bucks for your searches. The Swagbucks can be redeemed for products or gift cards.

I normally receive between 7 to 13 Swag Bucks each day. In addition to getting Swag Bucks from online searches, you can also complete no obligation (free) offers, surveys, and daily polls. They even have an option to print grocery coupons and receive Swag Bucks once you’ve used the coupons.

I use my Swag Bucks to get $5 Amazon e-cards. This is very useful for baby shower, wedding, and birthday gifts. The Amazon gift cards don’t expire so you can just save them until you’re ready to use them. You have the option of getting gift cards for other merchants or even PayPal cash.

You can earn up to 1000 Swag Bucks when you refer a new member. You get Swag Bucks when the referral earns Swag Bucks from searching. So if you have a blog, this can be a relatively easy way to get extra Swag Bucks. For example, if you have 10 referrals that earn 10 Swag Bucks in one day, you would end up with 100 Swag Bucks.

Also, if you are a blog owner, this is a great way to get gift cards for blog giveaways. There is no cost to you and you will get more traffic and followers for your site.

You can also use your Swag Bucks for products from their store. Here is what I have on my wishlist:

  • Keurig Gourmet Single-Cup Coffee Maker
  • Cuisinart Pro Classic 7-Cup Food Processor
  • Cuisinart Power Advantage 7-Speed Hand Mixer
  • Wii System Hardware Bundle

Thank you for the explanation of Swagbucks. Have you ever heard of the Swagbucks Toolbar interfering with the Roboform toolbar (used for entering sweepstakes)?

I actually haven’t heard that the Swagbucks and Roboform toolbars don’t work together. I wonder if it makes a difference based on the browser that you are using?
