Baker Tracy Gribbon combined her love of healthy living and 25 years of experience in the restaurant business to create an artisan cracker company called Georgia Sourdough Co. Each sourdough cracker is made from scratch with natural and organic ingredients from local family farmers in Georgia.

Every batch of Georgia Sourdough crackers is made with quality ingredients that are blended by hand. They are made fresh without the use of preservatives, sugars, and stabilizers. The sourdough starter is made with yeast and lactobacillus that break down gluten. This process makes the crackers easier to digest.
We enjoyed eating them right out of the bags, but you can also pair them with your favorite dip, hummus, cheese, or soup. They are crisp and very flavorful. Each of the flavors we tried had a nice texture. I also liked that the crackers weren’t oily and did not have an odd aftertaste.
Every cracker is made from dough that’s been rolled by hand, baked, and then sliced into unique crackers. I love the ripple edges on the crackers.
My favorite was the Everything Cracker that was packed with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, organic onion, organic garlic, and sea salt. A serving of 8 crackers has 63mg of potassium.
The cheese crackers have cheddar, Parmesan, Gruyere, and Asadero cheeses. Real cheese instead of artificial dyes and flavors!
