Farm Rich Review and Coupon Giveaway {Closed}

A couple days ago, we received some coupons from Farm Rich so that we could try some of their appetizers . They couldn’t have arrived at a more perfect time, as I had been craving mozzarella sticks for quite awhile. Matt and I went to a restaurant for our anniversary in April and ended up passing on a mozzarella stick appetizer to keep the cost down.

We picked the family pack size Mini Quesadillas and Marinara Stuffed Mozzarella Sticks.

With a cook time of 13 minutes in the toaster oven, they are very quick and easy to make. I actually expected that we would use most of the contents of each bag for dinner. I was happy to find that we still have enough for a couple more meals.

As you can see in the photo, there were only one or two pieces where some of the cheese came out from the quesadillas. The mozzarella sticks stayed completely intact with no escaping cheese and marinara sauce.

We both really liked the Mini Quesadillas with chicken and Cheddar and Jack cheeses. As we were finishing our meal, I mentioned to Matt that I thought the quesadillas were good because of the cheese and tender and flaky bread. On their website, Farm Rich actually describes the grilled crust as “tortilla-style” which makes me think of a thin, almost dry wrap. It’s so much better than this.

The Marinara Stuffed Mozzarella Sticks had a perfect balance of sauce and cheese. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to heat the sauce separately from the sticks and hardly had any cleanup left afterwards. This definitely makes it easy if you are busy or have kids that are old enough to prepare their own snacks.
